The
H.N. & Frances C. Berger Foundation
contribution will be used to purchase materials needed to complete solar
power systems for vehicles. These materials, along with the donation of
solar panels from SanTan Solar of Gilbert, Arizona, will allow up to 40
complete solar kits to be assembled. . Having solar power means the
mobile recipients can power lights, recharge laptops and phones and run a
small cooler.
